We are looking for volunteers to work with us to make our 2022-2023 season come to life. First up, we need a director and producer on board by August 22 for our fall production of NOW + THEN by Sean Grennan.

Job Descriptions:
Director
Leads the creative direction of the show including being responsible for casting, collaborating with production staff on the look/feel/and technical execution of the production, running rehearsals and managing the rehearsal schedule. Time commitment: Regular production meetings beginning near the time of auditions. Attendance at auditions. All rehearsals, all tech rehearsals and all performances.
Producer/Production Manager
Leads the logistical management of each production including serving on the casting committee, scheduling and running production meetings with the director and production staff members, managing the show's budget, collaborating with volunteers on publicity, ticketing, and front-of-house management. Regular production meetings beginning near the time of auditions. Attendance at auditions. Minimum attendance at 1 rehearsal per week, all tech rehearsals and at least 3 performances including the first and final performances.
Stage Manager:
Works with the Director, producer, and other production staff to organize and manage backstage needs during tech and production including props, set changes, actor cues. Ideally this person is also available for rehearsals beginning when actors are off book to serve as the primary line reader and note taker for missing props and technical needs. Regular production meetings beginning near the time of auditions. Minimum attendance at 2 pre-tech rehearsals, all tech rehearsals and performances -- availability for all rehearsals after the "off-book" date ideal.
Lighting Designer or Team: Collaborates with the director on lighting needs and works with the stage manager and producer to procure any special instruments or equipment and manages hanging and setting lights during tech rehearsals and all performances (with support from stage manager, producer, and other available production crew), manages operation of the lighting board during all tech rehearsals and performances. Regular production meetings beginning near the time of auditions. Attendance at 2 pre-tech rehearsals, all tech rehearsals and performances.
Sound Designer or Team: Collaborates with the director on sound needs, compiles all needed sound cues and music, works with the stage manager , producer and other crew volunteers as available to hang and set lights during tech rehearsals and all performances, manages operation of the lighting board during all tech rehearsals and performances. Regular production meetings beginning near the time of auditions. Attendance at 2 pre-tech rehearsals, all tech rehearsals and performances.
Set Team: Collaborates with the director and producer to plan and design the set, construct, paint, and move set pieces as needed, source/borrow/purchase furniture and other set dressing pieces as needed and approved by the producer. Flexible throughout the production -- commitment ends at the end of tech week. Needs during tech may vary.
Props Management: Collaborates with the director, producer, and stage manage to collect all needed props as outlined by the script and director. Flexible throughout the production -- commitment ends at the end of tech week. Needs during tech may vary
Performance Crew: Works with the Stage Manager, Producer, Lighting Team, and Sound team to help set-up for each tech rehearsal and performance as well as help the stage manager execute scene transitions as needed. 2-4 needed for each production. Time commitment -- all tech rehearsals and performances
