Attending Our Shows

See below for directions and other helpful information for attending our shows.

Location

All of our shows take place at:

The Perley School
51 North Street
Georgetown, MA 01833

Parking

The main entrance is on the south side of the building. There is ample handicap parking there, too!

Accessibility

We hope you will find our space a breeze to get around. The main entrance, performance area, and restrooms are wheelchair and power chair accessible via elevator. Seating is at tables for four with separate chairs, which we put together for larger parties. Our ushers are happy to assist you in getting into your preferred seating arrangement. If you have any additional concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email prior to your visit! Or make a note of your needs when purchasing a ticket.

Planning Your Visit

If you are planning to see your first show at the GTW, welcome! Georgetown Theatre Workshop puts on three productions each season (fall, winter, and spring)

Performances
Performances generally include two weekends, a 7:30 p.m. show on Saturday and a Sunday matinee at 2:00 p.m., followed by a 7:30 p.m. show on Friday and Saturday, and a 2:00 p.m. Sunday matinee the following weekend. Guests are encouraged to arrive early in order to find their seats and grab a complimentary cup of coffee or tea. Volunteer ushers will be present to guide you to your seat as well as answer any questions you may have.

Dress Code
There is no dress code for our shows, so whether you’re coming from work, school, or play, we encourage you to come on in!

Refreshments
Finally, don’t forget to stop by our concession stand. We offer concessions at each show including candy, chips, and drinks at reasonable prices. They are available for purchase before the show begins as well as during intermission. Don't forget to help yourself to a free cup of coffee or tea!

Thank You!
We are so glad you have interest in seeing a GTW production, and would like to extend the invitation to support Georgetown’s one and only live theatre organization. No matter your background, the arts can be an enriching experience, and we hope you will become part of our theatre family!
